Swift Verified Homes (SVH), one of Nigeria’s emerging Property Verification, Real Estate Due Diligence, and Compliance organizations, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary professional to lead its nationwide Verification & Compliance Operations.

Head of Operations, Verification & Compliance

Position Summary

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the company’s nationwide operations, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned operations leader with strong expertise in compliance, risk management, business process improvement, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate nationwide operational activities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee nationwide property verification and due diligence services.
  • Strengthen compliance frameworks, governance systems, and risk management processes.
  • Drive continuous operational improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor regional managers, verification teams, compliance officers, and quality assurance personnel.
  • Improve verification workflows, digital reporting systems, and operational dashboards.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers, government agencies, legal practitioners, financial institutions, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive reports, business analytics, and operational performance dashboards.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service across all locations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Law, Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A Master’s Degree and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive experience in Operations Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Property Verification, or Real Estate Operations.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a senior leadership or management role.
